How do you judge quality?

 

To be able to judge quality you either need personal experience or you must have confidence.


Our experience with Biestmilch goes back to the year 2000. We do our best to pass our experiences on to you, which is a timely process. Whether we succeeded or may succeed in the future is not ours to decide but yours.

Biestmilch is of outstanding quality, because it is no older than 48 hours when harvested. The manufacturing process is gentle and the organic activity of the molecules is preserved to a great extent. It is not treated with preservatives and not diluted with whey or other concentrated amino acids.

The quality of our Biestmilch is also determined by the fact that we take care to preserve all molecules, starting with the harvesting of the raw material, through transport, storage and the manufacturing process up to the product development.

Each lot has got a certificate from the NZL manufacturer, and is validated by immunoglobuline G content. Moreover EGF (epithelial growth factor) concentration is measured. This is a very sensitive parameter guaranteeing quality lot by lot. Biological substances can differ conspicuously from lot to lot.
