The world painted with data
Hans Rosling shows the best stats you’ve ever seen. He presents otherwise boring statistics from the UN about child mortality, health and wealth etc. in an exciting, elucidating and funny way. One would never assume that data could be like this. An astounding visualization of data and on top of this a remarkable personality talking to us.
As a doctor and researcher, Hans Rosling identified a new paralytic
disease induced by hunger in rural Africa. Now the global health
professor is looking at the bigger picture, increasing our
understanding of social and economic development with the remarkable
trend-revealing software he created.
Rosling founded the nonprofit Gapminder with his son and daughter-in-law.
