It belongs to one of our strongest paradigms. Evolution theory is considered to be true and real, it became integral part of our view on the world, and is as such rarely questioned.

I don’t want to leave you alone with this post without an example that doubts evolution theory. Recently a study was published by creationists presenting significant results of a strange kind. Scientists exposed one group of bacteria to a prayer, the other group was left to its own devices. Their concern was the expression of antibiotic resistance genes in both situation. You may believe it or not. Those bacteria that underwent prayer expressed significantly more resistance genes. You see that one can see the causality of this world completely different.
