Morgen findet hier unser Allergie-Workshop statt. Es geht um den Einsatz von Biestmilch bei Allergien. Bevor es morgen wieder ernst wird, genossen wir heute einen wunderschönen Tag an der Ostsee. Sogar frühstücken konnten wir schon auf der Terrasse unseres Hotels. Unglaublich für den hohen Norden! Das haben wir in all den Jahren, die wir im Mai hierher fahren noch nicht erlebt.

A report from the Coulee Dam Race out of Washington, US
Kjell won the race, but as you can read it was not at all the experience he expected. He was bored most of the time on this half marathon course. Amazing! It was a race that did not hurt. Was it therefore a race that didn’t give Kjell the »wow experience«? It is worth to think about it.

Every day we are confronted with the dilemma that we cannot sell without advertising on the one hand, on the other hand we are aware of the fact that mankind is either tortured or benumbed by ads. The discussions about form and function, power and futility are endless.
The idea of a booster slot machine was born a few days ago. A kind of filling pump for Biest boosters, Macca’s fuel. Here are the first vague sketches! Follow us from the idea to the final product, if you are patient enough 
The sketchbook was meant as a Christmas present. This obviously, as those ones of you who registered for a book have realized, did not work out. Next, we expected the book end of February, then end of March, then we gave in, and told ourselves it arrives when it arrives… First our inspirations have let us down, then the production costs blew off, and then the pieces finally were ready. By then it was April. But then bad news again: The printer’s machine had torn the books into bits and pieces. And again, it took 3 more weeks reprinting them.
In this moment the sketchbook arrives. An amazing story. So, everybody, who has ordered the book will receive this book with this bizarre story within the next 2 weeks. It is of special value because of its extraordinary history. And the story is not finished. Wait and see!!
Letzte Woche verbrachten Norbert und ich 3 intensive Tag bei Hannes im Trainingslager. Diesmal stiegen wir selbst aufs Rad und begleiteten die Capuccinogruppe. Bei 23 km/h und einer Wegstrecke von 63km blieb auch uns noch genug Luft zum Plaudern. Am Abend hielt ich meinen Vortrag zum Thema »Immunität und Ausdauersport« und stellte die Biestmilch vor. Das Interesse war groß und einmal mehr stellte sich heraus, wie viele Atheten letztlich Probleme mit ihrem Immunsystem haben. Hier unser Podcast von unterwegs: »Nicht alle Triathleten übertreiben«
