Arriving on Big Island one of our first initiatives was to start assembling the jacket for our boosters. Sitting on the terrace of our wonderful B&B mounting all above the Pacific ocean, we had quite some fun with this sweat job! The Biest//Booster jacket is one of the cornerstones of our activities we planned for the IRONMAN Hawaii, the triathlon world championship.

Every year before I continue my journey to Kailua-Kona, I spend one night in San Francisco. It became a routine for me to make a run to the the Golden Gate Bridge. This time it was so wonderful, the weather so warm, the air so soft, no fog covering the bay. A great day. I just arrived at Captain Cook. Ahead of us lies a tough time, in 2 weeks time the Ironman world championship will take place in Kona, Hawaii. We prepared quite some activities to help Biestmilch on its way to success.

This is exactly the time when here the days do become shorter, you feel the autumn in the air ... During the next 3 weeks we shall be reporting form Kona, Big Island.
