The ritual: jogging to the Golden Gate

Every year before I continue my journey to Kailua-Kona, I spend one night in San Francisco. It became a routine for me to make a run to the the Golden Gate Bridge. This time it was so wonderful, the weather so warm, the air so soft, no fog covering the bay. A great day.

I just arrived at Captain Cook. Ahead of us lies a tough time, in 2 weeks time the Ironman world championship will take place in Kona, Hawaii. We prepared quite some activities to help Biestmilch on its way to success.
